LinMak Construction has your back throughout the whole construction process. We understand that building or remodeling your home is an emotionally taxing process. Our commitment is to ensure you have the information at every step of the process to help you understand what is and will happen. Knowledge of how your project will progress is the #1 way to be able to enjoy the process and remain excited for your new home.

Pre-construction

We don’t simply estimate a project. The complexities and unique requirements of each project requires a thorough understanding of the scope of work. While others may be quick to throw out their estimate, then bury you in change orders, our goal is to spend quality time before the project starts to ensure we have planned for the full scope of work and include everything from demolition to how many drawer pulls your new kitchen will need. This reduces confusion and that dreaded conversation of “we didn’t plan for that”.

Construction

During the course of construction we leverage technology to help ease communication with you, providing thorough product schedules, regular budget updates, and full transparency of the project finances.

Project Handoff

At the end of each project, our team of professional construction cleaners will leave your home spotless and ready to enjoy. We will provide a thorough walk through of your new home, covering everything from mechanical systems to how to maintain your new, beautiful wood floors.

Post Construction and Warranty
